Material Selection
In addition to creating products with heart, we set a high standard when sourcing ingredients. Our ingredients are mainly imported from France, aiming to bring the best French gourmet to our clients.
About Our Pastry Chef
曾於法國生活七年多,並在法國本地的大學完成法式甜點及廚藝管理學士課程。
回港後,曾於經典本地品牌任職產品研發師。
2021年決定創立屬於自己的品牌 Frenchie Pâtisserie
希望將自己個人的元素注入法式甜點中,為大家帶來嶄新的體驗。
Our owner lived in France for 7 years and attended the Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management in France.
After returning to Hong Kong, she was the chief product development at a local well-known dessert brand.
In 2021, she started her baking business online and founded Frenchie.pâtisserie. She Is devoted to bringing everyone a brand-new experience by incorporating her artistic style into French past
